We’re hiring: Senior AR Specialist — On-Site Role

GenMediTech is looking for an experienced Senior AR Specialist to join our team at our Satellite Town, Rawalpindi office.

Key Responsibilities:
* Analyze and resolve complex claims across multiple specialties
* Optimize AR and revenue cycle management processes
* Maximize reimbursement and reduce aging AR
* Identify payer trends and handle complex denials
* Support cleaner follow-up workflows and improve collection performance

Requirements:
* 3+ years of experience as a Senior AR Specialist
* Multi-specialty skills and experience
* Proficiency in billing software and RCM processes
* Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
* Experience in Cardiology and Nephrology will be a plus
