We are looking for a detail-oriented Junior Medical Coding Specialist to join our team at our Satellite Town, Rawalpindi office.

Key Responsibilities:
• Review clinical documentation and assign accurate ICD-10, CPT, and HCPCS codes
• Identify appropriate modifiers and ensure coding accuracy
• Review claims for coding-related issues before submission
• Work with billing and operations teams to resolve coding queries
• Maintain productivity and quality standards
• Stay updated on payer-specific coding requirements and industry guidelines

Requirements:
• Minimum 2 years of hands-on medical coding experience
• Experience coding across multiple specialties
• Strong understanding of ICD-10, CPT, HCPCS, and modifiers
• Ability to review clinical documentation carefully and identify coding discrepancies
• Good written and verbal English communication skills
• Strong attention to detail and ability to meet daily targets
• CPC certification is not required
