GenMediTech is a rapidly growing healthcare technology and Revenue Cycle Management company. We serve physician practices, urgent care centers, behavioral health providers, and specialty clinics throughout the United States.

Our services include Medical Billing, Accounts Receivable Management, Credentialing, Prior Authorization, Virtual Assistants, and AI-powered healthcare solutions. We design these tools to improve provider revenue and operational efficiency.

We are seeking an experienced, highly motivated, and results-driven Business Development Manager. In this role, you will lead our growth initiatives, develop strategic partnerships, generate qualified opportunities, and expand our client base across the U.S. healthcare market.

Business Development and Sales

  • Identify, develop, and pursue new business opportunities within physician practices, healthcare organizations, hospitals, urgent care centers, and specialty clinics.

  • Generate and manage a strong pipeline of prospective clients.

  • Conduct discovery calls and needs assessments with healthcare providers and practice administrators.

  • Present our software, medical billing, and virtual assistant solutions to prospective clients.

  • Prepare proposals, presentations, and business cases for potential clients.

  • Collaborate with leadership to negotiate and close new business opportunities.

  • Develop and maintain long-term relationships with healthcare decision-makers and referral partners.

Strategic Growth and Partnerships

  • Develop and execute business development strategies to support company growth objectives.

  • Identify new service opportunities, target markets, and expansion initiatives.

  • Build relationships with healthcare consultants, EHR consultants, physician groups, healthcare attorneys, and industry associations.

  • Represent the company at networking events, webinars, conferences, and industry meetings.

Marketing and Lead Generation

  • Work closely with marketing teams to develop lead-generation campaigns.

  • Manage LinkedIn outreach and physician engagement initiatives.

  • Support email marketing campaigns and outbound prospecting efforts.

  • Assist in developing sales collateral, presentations, case studies, and marketing materials.

  • Contribute ideas and strategies to strengthen the company’s brand presence in the healthcare market.

CRM and Sales Pipeline Management

  • Maintain accurate sales records and pipeline visibility within CRM systems.

  • Track prospect engagement and sales activities.

  • Ensure timely follow-up and progression of opportunities through the sales cycle.

  • Provide regular updates and reports to leadership regarding business development activities.

Required Experience

  • Minimum of 4 years of experience in Business Development, Healthcare Sales, Medical Billing, Revenue Cycle Management, Healthcare Consulting, or a related field.

  • Proven experience generating new business opportunities and building client relationships.

  • Experience working with U.S.-based healthcare providers is highly preferred.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience in Medical Billing and Revenue Cycle Management.

  • Knowledge of Credentialing, Prior Authorization, Insurance Verification, and Healthcare Operations.

  • Familiarity with CRM platforms, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Apollo, HubSpot, Zoho, or similar business development tools.

  • Understanding of the U.S. healthcare industry and physician practice operations.
