We’re Hiring: Healthcare VOB, Prior Authorization & Scheduling Specialist

We are looking for an experienced and highly professional Healthcare Verification of Benefits (VOB), Prior Authorization & Scheduling Specialist to join our team at our office in Satellite Town, Rawalpindi.

Key Responsibilities

• Schedule and coordinate patient appointments

• Verify patient insurance eligibility and benefits

• Manage prior authorization requests and follow-ups

• Communicate professionally with patients, healthcare providers, and insurance representatives

• Maintain accurate records and provide timely updates to relevant teams

• Follow up proactively on pending verifications and authorization requests

Requirements

• Minimum 3 years of relevant experience in a healthcare or medical practice environment

• Hands-on experience with patient scheduling, Verification of Benefits (VOB), and prior authorizations

• Advanced English communication skills

• Ability to communicate confidently and professionally with patients

• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail

• Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines

• Familiarity with EHR systems and insurance portals is preferred
