As we continue to scale, we are looking for a results-driven Assistant Manager – Medical Billing Operations to join our growing team. About the RoleThis is a leadership position for someone who understands the complete RCM lifecycle and can drive operational excellence, team performance, and client satisfaction.What We’re Looking For
- 7+ years of experience in Medical Billing / RCM
- Strong expertise in end-to-end RCM processes:
- Charge Entry & Coding
- Claims Submission & Clearinghouse Management
- AR Follow-ups & Insurance Calling
- Denials Management & Appeals
- Payment Posting & Reconciliation
- Hands-on experience with Client Onboarding and Transition Management
- Solid understanding of Medical Coding (CPT, ICD-10, HCPCS)
- Good working knowledge of Credentialing and Payer Enrollment processes
- Proven team management and leadership skills
- Excellent communication skills (client-facing + internal coordination)
- Strong analytical mindset with focus on KPIs, cashflow, and process optimization
Key Responsibilities
- Take ownership of end-to-end billing operations across multiple practices
- Lead and manage a team to ensure timely submissions, AR recovery, and denial resolution
- Drive performance metrics such as collections, AR days, and clean claim rate
- Manage client onboarding, system setup, and smooth transition of new accounts
- Collaborate with clients/providers to ensure transparency and service excellence
- Identify automation and optimization opportunities aligned with Gen MediTech’s AI-driven approach
